In the centre of Falmouth, we were asked to quote to convert of a 2 bed bungalow into a three bed bungalow with an extra bathroom.

An new roof including new gable walls and a complex steel structure was designed.

Once quotes were processed and planning was accepted by local authority, work swiftly began with the raising of the ridge. The specification for this conversion included one large master bedroom and a large luxury wet room with underfloor heating. Cedral weather board cladding and a round window were fitted to the front gable to give a modern feel to the property. A new stair case was installed neatly in the hallway so minimum space was lost downstairs. We made use of the void space in the loft and installed doors to give maximum storage.

All of the work was carried out by our skilled tradesmen and our associates within the timescales and budgets agreed by the customer.
