We converted this former two bedroom bungalow in St Merryn, into a four bedroom home, with a new luxury family bathroom.

There was a great deal of room in this loft, allowing us to create a fantastic layout. The rooms are spacious and light and have wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.

Each bedroom has a dormer window and the conversion included a very large rear flat roof dormer, giving even more space. We then finished the dormers with tiles that matched the original roof, giving the appearance that they have always been there.

As always the work was undertaken in-house by our team and its associates, from architectural plans and planning submissions to wiring, plumbing and plastering.
