Loft Conversion in St Neot, Cornwall

Loft Conversion in St Neot, Cornwall

We converted the unused attic of a three bedroom semi detached house in St Neot into a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

On initial inspection it was decided that there would not be enough head height to create a useful space. So we put a design into place were we lowered the ceilings to the first floor rooms, thus giving us the required head height in the loft. We then built a large flat roof dormer on the rear of the house and installed Velux windows in the front.

We extended the central heating system into the loft and plumbed the bathroom into the existing system
